If there will be a cancellation and Govt. charges are already paid (Stamp duty & Registration fees), these charges cannot be refunded by Rent Registry. You need to follow the refund process & get it refunded from JDR. We will share the generated Stamp duty & registration fees challans with you. We will also provide all the support required to initiate the refund.
1. Rent Registry is providing Rent agreement registration services in shortest Turn Around Time (TAT) and to achieve this TAT we have to process your documents as soon as it is received. So once Rent Registry receives documents & payments, we have to immediately pay the govt. charges towards stamp duty & registration fees. And once these Govt. charges are paid, it need to be refunded by JDR through proper refund process. We will share the Govt Challans with you & you can get these challans refunded through JDR.So customer should share all the documents & payments, when they actually want to go ahead with rent agreement registration. And sharing the documents will be considered as your 1st formal approval to initiate the registration process. If there is any possibility of cancellation, Please convey the same to Rent Registry executives while sharing the documents & payments, So he can arrange to hold the registration process till your 2nd approval.
2. Rent Registry hereby mentions the scope of work/ list of activities for which Rent Registry is responsible.
3. Rent Registry hereby mentions the list of activities for which Rent Registry is not responsible.
4. All cancellations will be processed as per the Cancellation policy attached.
5. After 1st visit, each additional visit for biometric verification will be charged @ Rs.400/-.
6. Rent Registry is not responsible in case of failure of Biometric Verification with UID server or Biometric Not Matched Cases.
7. Payment Gateway charges will not be refunded in case of cancellation.
8. All disputes subject to Pune jurisdiction only.
